How to apply for a social holiday
Apply for a supported holiday at least three months before the start of the holiday using the online application form. If you prefer, you can also order a paper application form and the annual brochure of supported holidays from our customer service.

Holidays are granted based on the information provided in the application.
Priority for first-time applicants
A supported holiday can be granted at most once every three years, and no more than three times within ten years.
How to complete the holiday application
In addition to personal details, you can indicate up to three holiday preferences in the application.
We will also ask about any special needs during the holiday, such as dietary requirements, allergies, and assistive devices you use. Supported holidays can include, when necessary, the following special diets: vegetarian, lactose-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and fish-free.
Please describe your life situation and why you need a supported holiday. Mention financial, social, and health-related reasons, for example financial difficulties, caregiving responsibilities, loneliness, need for peer support, family challenges, or illnesses.
